Customer Advisors Sales through Service (United Kingdom,Lancashire)



We are currently looking to recruit Customer Advisers to join a highly ethical financial services company within Skelmersdale. The range of available shifts are 6am 2pm 8am 4pm 10am 6pm and 3pm 11pm and will include a fixed Saturday or Sunday with a day off in lieu which will be agreed. As a Customer Adviser you will be the first point of contact for all customer account queries. Your role will be to deal with all inbound queries in a professional and efficient manner whilst identifying opportunities to up sell and cross sell our clients broad product range. You will be able to demonstrate a genuine appetite for sales and the ability to provide excellent customer service. Successful applicants will have a motivated and positive attitude towards work and enjoy working in a friendly and professional environment. All applicants must pass a credit check. Basic salary will range from £12750 15000 dependant on experience and your performance on the assessment day. You will have the opportunity to drive your salary upwards through regular reviews and also the companies stars incentives scheme. We offer varying shift patterns which include working 5 days per week over a 7-day period. This attracts an additional premium pay when working evening or weekend hours. Holiday allowance starts at 25 days plus bank holidays and increases to 30 days plus bank holidays after 12 months of service.
