Collections Advisor (United Kingdom,Liverpool)



Adecco a leading recruitment company is currently seeking to recruit Collections Advisors to work for our client based in the Kirkby area of Liverpool. The successful applicant will be working on behalf of one of the UKs leading financial institution. Cvs will be considered from candidates with excellent Customer Service and Sales experience preferably from within the Call Centre industry. Applicants must be flexible to work various hours and shifts over a seven day period. The salary is £10.00 per hour. The main purpose of the role is to contact personal banking customers on behalf of our client to arrange payment plans for those accounts which have fallen in to arrears. Dealing with any queries issues &amp updating records using various in-house systems with relevant information. The successful applicant will have relevant experience working within a Collections Sales and or Customer Service environment preferably having worked within in a call centre environment on an outbound account with an automatic dialler. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required coupled with the ability to negotiate. Excellent attention to detail data entry &amp computer skills are essential. It is imperative to maintain an outstanding company image whilst finding a resolution to customers concerns which benefits all parties concerned.
