The job role would include completing a range of jobs such as roofing repairs, kitchen, bathroom refits, emergency calls out and day to day maintenance work on properties. You will be required to conduct quotations on properties from time to time so vast experience and understanding in the building trade will be essential. The ideal candidate will have vast experience in the building trade, be fully qualified ideally with a CSCS card, fully clean UK driving license and supervise a young trainee labour.
